    You are looking at a brand new Craftool Adjustable "V" Gouge.  This item 31811-00 comes with a contoured wood handle.  This gouge is great for gouging fold lines, stitch lines, etc 1/2 the depth of your leather on the flesh side.  It quickly and easily adjusts to any depth by turning the knurled ferrule.
